Springtime in Paris

Hello everyone! I am so sorry I could not make any images for the weekly Friday Freebie. I was trying to finish my entry for Michael’s Springtime in Paris contest. First place wins a trip for two to Paris!

Ashley's Michael's Entry

The theme of the contest is “Springtime in Paris” so I made this 3d model of the Eiffel Tower out of paper. It is covered in handmade paper flowers. In these two tutorials on my site, you can find out how I made most of the flowers: Flower 1, Other Variations. I also made some spiral roses, for which I will put up a tutorial for some time next week.

I hope you liked seeing my entry. Has anybody else entered the contest? You still have time! They are accepting entries through March 31. I only found out about the contest this week. If you have entered, I would love to see your entry! Good luck to everyone! Have a great weekend!
