Disclosure: I was provided with these products by Afloral.com.
Hello everyone! Today I’m back with a super simple tutorial using some more Afloral.com products. This is a faux succulent planter centerpiece that you can use for home decor or a centerpiece for your rustic-style event!
The following is a list of the products I used for this project:
Wood planter
Faux succulents
Floral foam
River rocks
Moss
Table Card Holder Pick
Basic instructions: Cut the foam bricks so that they fit snugly into the wood planter. If you don’t have a foam cutter, you can use a serrated knife. Push the succulents into the foam and then fill in the remaining space with river rocks and moss. Use a table number holder pick to display the table number.
Here is the video tutorial:
I left the planter as-is, but you could also do other things to personalize it. For example, you could give the centerpiece a more modern, glam touch by painting it white and adding some gold accent. You could also leave out the table number card and “print” the table number directly onto the wood using this rustic escort card tutorial that will show you how to transfer a print onto wood using Mod Podge.
I hope you liked today’s simple tutorial. I have a lot of exciting news in store for you in the coming weeks! Stay tuned!
