Brush Embroidery on Cookies

For my second cookie decorating tutorial, I am going to show you how to do brush embroidery on iced cookies. This method is super easy and the results are really nice. First, please ice your cookies and let the icing set. Brush Embroidery

Begin with a cookie that has been iced and set. Using an icing with a stiff consistency (not runny), pipe a petal similar shape as Picture 1. Next, using a fine brush, drag the brush from the piped line inwards towards the center of the petal. Repeat this by piping a smaller set of petals below. Continue this until you are satisfied with the flower design. That’s all there is to it!
