For my second cookie decorating tutorial, I am going to show you how to do brush embroidery on iced cookies. This method is super easy and the results are really nice. Brush Embroidery
Begin with a cookie that has been iced and set. Using an icing with a stiff consistency (not runny), pipe a petal similar shape as Picture 1. Next, using a fine brush, drag the brush from the piped line inwards towards the center of the petal. Repeat this by piping a smaller set of petals below. Continue this until you are satisfied with the flower design. That’s all there is to it!
